Goth Werecats Lounging

Two more goth werecats lounging on a stone wall.

This was a big photo-shoot night, as we had four people in costumes. (See 'Goth Werecats' for the others.)

Filming in the dark is always problematic. In hindsight I wish the makeup was applied on a little thicker to retain color against the harsh light of a flash. I'm also disappointed the really cool tights my catgirl wore didn’t show up as well as I would have liked. They were deep purple with thousands of tiny sparkles on them. You can kind of see them in the pic, but when I was taking the photo, her legs almost looked like they were coursing with electricity. It's too bad the effect didn't translate onto the film. But overall, I'm still pleased with how this turned out.

Behind the scenes, this wall was built on a steep hill. The wall is about four feet high where I was standing to take the pic, but immediately behind it was a 30 foot drop. Probably not the best place to take a photo in darkness, but it worked.
